The Stamp Review Crew is an international group of Stampin' Up! When I first saw the Bubble Over stamp set and coordinating Bottles & Bubbles Framelits in the Occasions Catalog at last November's On Stage event, I wasn't too impressed.  Then I went to a Make & Take featuring this bundle and my mind started imagining some interesting possibilities.  Needless to say, I purchased the bundle and selected the coordinating Bubbles & Fizz Designer Series Paper as one of my first items from the Sale-A-Bration brochure.    

I had quite a lot of fun creating these three projects.  The first features emboss resist with watercoloring and includes one Sale-A-Bration item:  the Basic Gray ribbon from the Shimmer Ribbon Combo Pack.
