Stamp Review Crew -- Painted Harvest

Stamp Review Crew blog banner

Hello!  Welcome to the Stamp Review Crew Blog Hop featuring the Painted Harvest stamp set.  Thanks so much for stopping by!

The Stamp Review Crew is an international group of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators who gather for a blog hop the first and third Mondays of the month to review a single stamp set.  The number of participants varies from hop to hop, but the ideas are plentiful as we take a stamp set through its paces.  By the time you've traveled through the hop, you are sure to find a number of innovative ways to use the featured stamp set.  So sit back, relax, and get ready to start pinning ideas to your Pinterest board!

To see the line up of artists for this week's hop, click here.  If you've already joined the hop and are traveling forward, you've arrived from Karen's blog where you were presented with an amazing project to inspire your creativity.  If you're traveling backwards through the hop, you've seen Rochelle's project and are ready to CASE! (Copy And Share Everything)

I have two projects to share with you.

My family gathers together for a family Christmas celebration the weekend following Christmas.  My gift to my family members every year is a handmade calendar.  This is the calendar for 2018.  (Please don't tell my family, though...)  The bright sunflower is perfect for the triple-layer background.

Supplies I used to make this card --

Stamps:  Painted Harvest, Colorful Seasons; Inks:  Chocolate Chip, Crushed Curry, Daffodil Delight, Old Olive, Pear Pizzazz; Cardstock:  Pear Pizzazz, Whisper White; Embellishments:  Crushed Curry Baker's Twine (Retired), Old Olive Baker's Twine; Adhesives:  Fast Fuse, Tear & Tape, Stampin' Dimensionals, Mini Glue Dots; Tools:  Stampin' Trimmer, Paper Snips, Stampin' Pierce Mat; Other:  2018 Tear Off Calendar (Taylored Expressions), Landscape Desktop Calendar Case (Calendar Case)

I've been seeing a number of Christmas cards featuring wreaths made using the sunflower petals.  This card was inspired by a card made by fellow 3-2-1 Stamp Team member, Beth Daniels.

Supplies I used to make this card --

Stamps:  Painted Harvest, Labels to Love; Inks:  Garden Green, Real Red, Wild Wasabi; Cardstock:  Basic Black, Garden Green, Real Red, Whisper White; Designer Series Paper:  Merry Music Specialty; Adhesives:  Fast Fuse, Stampin' Dimensionals, Multipurpose Liquid; Tools:  Stampin' Trimmer, Simply Scored Scoring Tool, Bone Folder, Paper Snips, Everyday Label punch, Stampin' Pierce Mat, Big Shot, Sparkle Textured Impressions Embossing Folder

I'll be sharing the how-to's for these projects very soon, so be sure to return to see the liners for the inside sentiment areas for each of these projects and the coordinating decorated envelopes.

Be sure to visit all the stops on this week's hop to find more ideas for using the images included in the Painted Harvest stamp set for your projects.  Just click on the NEXT or PREVIOUS buttons below to continue.
