Traveler Travel Log Gift Set for Craft Project Central

Hello!

This month I am a Guest Designer at Craft Project Central.  This means that every couple of days during the month I'll be posting sneak peek photos of projects that you may want to check out.  To do this, you'll need to subscribe to Craft Project Central to see the step-by-step tutorials.  Some time during the month, I'll be giving away a one month subscription to Craft Project Central, so be sure to check back from time to time (hint-hint:  see my post on August 16th).  Here's the seventh project for August.

Traveler Travel Log Gift Set SP

A place to record memories and moments from your trip.  A place for a special friend to make quick sketches of sites and significant finds.  This Traveler Travel Log Gift Set is a perfect gift for yourself or for any explorer with the travel bug! In this project you will learn how to create a faux alligator finish using embossing powder and your bone folder.  You will also learn how to make a mini travel log with simple hand-sewn signatures. This gift set includes a mini travel log and a unique “suitcase” to hold the travel log.

This great project comes to you designed by Michelle Wecksler. To get the instructions for Michelle’s project, just subscribe to August over at Craft Project Central.  And if you have a minute, please leave Michelle a comment on her project.

Stamp Review Crew -- Jar of Love

Jar of Love

Hello!  Welcome to the Stamp Review Crew Blog Hop for the Jar of Love stamp set.  Thanks so much for stopping by!

The Stamp Review Crew is an international group of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators who gather for a blog hop the first and third Mondays of the month to review a single stamp set.  The number of participants varies from week to week, but the ideas are plentiful as we take a stamp set through its paces.  By the time you've traveled through the hop, you are sure to find a number of innovative ways to use the featured stamp set.  So sit back, relax, and get ready to start pinning ideas to your Pinterest board!

To see the line up of artists for this week's hop, click here.  If you've already joined the hop and are traveling forward, you've arrived from Martha Inchley's blog where you were presented with an amazing project to inspire your creativity.  If you're traveling backwards through the hop, you've seen Nikki Spencer's project and are ready to CASE! Fancy Flamingo Gift Set SP

As summer is ending, you’ll want to have a gift for the relatives and friends you’ve visited. This flamingo tray and pineapple treat box will be a perfect “thank you” gift. If you’re the one hosting family and friends, it’s a wonderful “pillow gift” for guests. Simply package some chocolates in the Clear Tiny Treat Boxes and add some basic toiletries on the tray with a welcoming note card. You can also make this for yourself as a beautiful home décor piece. Create multiple personalized note cards for your own use or make them as a gift for a friend. This project will also make a great class or stamp camp.

This great project comes to you designed by Buffy Cooper. To get the instructions for Buffy’s project, just subscribe to August over at Craft Project Central.  And if you have a minute, please leave Buffy a comment on her project.
