Getting to Know the Big Shot--Part 2
And the Winners Are...

A Special Gathering

Edited to add:  This project was submitted for Pals Paper Arts "Anything BUT a Card" challenge (PPA35).

Hello, again!

A quick posting about an event I attended this past weekend.

My Stampin' Up! upline, Catherine Harwood, conducts a team training meeting for her 3-2-1 Stamp Team on the third Saturday morning of the month.  This month, our training event was combined with the monthly training event of Linda Heller, another Stampin' Up! demonstrator and her Where the Rubber Hits the Road downline in the Orlando area.  The special guest at the combined event was Pam Morgan, the Vice President of Demonstrator Relations from the Stampin' Up! corporate office.  Pam is currently traveling to team training meetings to offer support and encouragement to demonstrators at all levels.  It was a fun meeting with technique demonstrations by Linda, Catherine and Pam; door prizes (highly coveted Simply Adorned items brought by Pam from the corporate office); and lots of sharing at display tables all over the room.  I also participated in a swap with 18 of the demonstrators who attended the meeting.  Here is my swap.  It may look very familiar...

Here are all the swaps I received in return.  Aren't they awesome??!!

Number 1 really isn't a swap; this was a Thank You card from Linda and Catherine for helping out with check-in for the meeting.  Here are the names of the artists who made the swaps:  2-Lorena Holmes;  3-Unsigned by Artist;  4-Connie Hobbs;  5-Unsigned by Artist;  6-Grace Benjamin;  7-Emily Marshall;  8-Unsigned by Artist;  9-Patti Sharkey;  10-Linda Goldhersz;  11-Cyndra Alderman;  12-Trish Niedergeses;  13-Jennifer Blank;  14-Teresa Evangelista;  15-Myra Keefer;  16-Kathy Yip;  17-Tammy Elliott;  18-Maria Jaramillo; and 19-Beth Daniels.

Attending these training meetings is one of my favorite Stampin' Up! activities.  I learn so much from all the other demonstrators--at every level.  We are all passionate about our craft and committed to helping each other to succeed.  If you've ever considered becoming a Stampin' Up! demonstrator, now is the best time to join!  During Sale-A-Bration the demonstrator Starter Kits are discounted 15% AND all demonstrators who sign up during Sale-A-Bration can choose any stamp set from the current Idea Book and Catalog for FREE.  There are only a few days left of Sale-A-Bration.  For more information, be sure to contact me as quickly as possible.
